A&G Renovations Inc. provides renovation and contracting services, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, drywall finishing, popcorn ceiling removal, surface preparation, trim work, and related services. Scope, materials, timelines, and pricing vary by project and are confirmed in writing.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or discussion and are not considered final pricing. Final project cost may change if site conditions differ from those described or if hidden damage is discovered after work begins.
If concealed conditions are discovered during the course of work, including but not limited to moisture damage, structural deficiencies, prior improper repairs, mold, uneven substrates, or damaged drywall behind textured surfaces such as popcorn ceilings, additional work may be required. Any necessary repairs will be communicated and approved through a written Change Order before proceeding.
Any work outside the original scope must be approved in writing through a Change Order prior to commencement. Verbal approvals will not be considered authorization for additional work or associated costs.
Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and cover material costs. Payment schedules will be outlined in the project quote or invoice. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to administrative fees where permitted by law.
Project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, drying or curing times, and other site-specific or environmental factors beyond our control. A&G Renovations Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
Final appearance depends on the existing condition of the surface. Minor imperfections may remain visible, particularly under strong or angled lighting conditions or when higher sheen finishes are selected. Clients are advised that darker colors and satin or semi-gloss finishes may highlight surface irregularities.
Project scheduling is dependent on confirmed deposits. Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to administrative or restocking fees.
In accordance with the Ontario Construction Act, A&G Renovations Inc. reserves the right to register a construction lien in the event of non-payment for services or materials provided.
With client permission, A&G Renovations Inc. may take before and after photos for documentation and marketing purposes. Non-identifying images may be used in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
